Product Overview

The Funny Cartoon Turtle Decals by Paleery@FC bring a burst of color and personality to an often‑overlooked part of the bathroom. Crafted from a thin, transparent vinyl sheet, each decal is printed with a high‑resolution, water‑resistant cartoon turtle motif that stands out against any toilet lid or tank surface. The material is lightweight yet durable, resisting moisture, cleaning agents, and everyday wear while maintaining vivid color. With dimensions of 12 x 8 inches and a weight of just 0.317 ounces, the decal is easy to handle and store. The self‑adhesive backing is formulated to cling securely to smooth, clean, dry surfaces, yet it can be removed without leaving residue when needed. This product is a single‑piece sheet, designed for single‑use application, and is suitable for indoor bathroom environments only. The packaging includes one sheet, and the product is listed under the Home & Kitchen > Bath > Bathroom Accessories > Toilet Accessories > Toilet Lid Decals category, making it simple for shoppers to locate.

Usage

Installation of the Funny Cartoon Turtle Decals is straightforward and requires no tools. Begin by cleaning the target surface—whether a toilet lid, tank, or even a nearby wall—with a mild soap solution, then dry thoroughly. Peel the protective backing from the decal, taking care not to touch the adhesive side. Align the graphic with the desired position and press firmly, smoothing out any air bubbles with a soft cloth or a low‑heat hair dryer held at least 15 cm away. The decal adheres best to surfaces that are smooth, non‑porous, and free of dust or oil. Once applied, the decal can endure daily flushing, routine cleaning with standard bathroom cleaners, and exposure to humidity without fading or peeling. It is an ideal decorative solution for family bathrooms, guest powder rooms, or even for adding a playful accent to a child’s bedroom vanity. Because the decal is waterproof, it will not absorb water or become damaged during accidental spills.

FAQ

Can the decal be applied to a painted or textured surface?

The decal adheres best to smooth, non‑porous surfaces such as glossy porcelain, acrylic, or glass. Painted or heavily textured surfaces may prevent full contact, leading to bubbles or reduced adhesion. For best results, ensure the surface is flat and clean before application.

Is the decal removable without damaging the toilet?

Yes. The adhesive is designed to be strong yet removable. When you wish to remove the decal, gently peel it off starting at a corner. If any residue remains, a mild adhesive remover or warm soapy water will clean the surface without harming the finish.

How do I prevent air bubbles during installation?

After positioning the decal, press from the center outward using a soft cloth or a low‑heat hair dryer held at a safe distance. This helps the adhesive settle evenly and pushes out trapped air, resulting in a smooth, bubble‑free finish.

Will the colors fade over time?

The decal uses UV‑stable inks that resist fading from typical bathroom lighting and occasional exposure to sunlight. As long as the decal is kept clean and not subjected to harsh chemicals, the colors will remain vivid for years.

Can I use the decal on other household items?

While the decal is optimized for toilet lids and tanks, it can also be applied to other smooth surfaces such as bathroom cabinets, mirrors, or even a child’s toy box, provided the surface is clean, dry, and non‑porous.
